EDF Renewables requires our supply chain partners to operate in a manner that demonstrates the same commitment to sustainable, responsible, and ethical business practices that we require of our own employees, and we will not tolerate any fraud, corruption or abuse of human rights.

These are reports made pursuant to subsection 11(2) of Canada’s Act to enact the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act and to amend the Customs Tariff and prepared on behalf of and by (1) EDF Renewables Canada Inc. and its applicable subsidiaries, and (2) Parc éolien Nicolas-Riou S.E.C., represented by its general partner, Parc éolien Nicolas-Riou Commandité inc. for the period covering January 1 to December 31, 2023.
